How to Make Yoga Available in The Workplace?
There are a few ways to make yoga available to your employees.
- Morning Inspiration: Start the day right with yoga an hour before the workday traditionally starts. Set yourself up for success with positivity and focus. We will flow through a gentle but rejuvenating 45 minutes of movement and breath followed by a short meditation and savasana, which is the ultimate resting pose to prepare you for the rest of your day.
- Lunch Break: Employees may choose to spend 30 minutes of their lunch practicing yoga. There is no such thing as too little movement. This practice can be preformed in work or dress clothes, no need to spend time changing. You can even practice from the comfort of a chair if you prefer. The point of this practice is to counterbalance sitting at a desk. We will stretch our legs, back and shoulders.
- Wind Down: and 4pm is the perfect time for employees to practice yoga before returning to finish their day. This will be a 45 minute practice for all levels. Modifications will be given for beginners and more advanced practitioners will also be given options to take their practice as far as they would choose to go.
How Much Does it Cost?
